Lord Christopher Monckton

Lord Monckton is a global-warming sceptic, argues that the warming effect of CO2 is a small fraction of that which the UN's climate panel predicts, and the rise in temperature in the late 20th-century was not unusual. He asserts that "global warming" is a profitable scam for bankers, politicians, environmentalists, academics and the media, to increase control over the population through taxation, regulation and interference.

Lord Monckton, aged 58, businessman, newspaper editor, inventor, classical architect, trained orator and “high priest” of climate skepticism. His two climate articles in The Sunday Telegraph in November 2006 crashed its website after 127,000 hits within two hours of publication. Lord Monckton has given speeches, lectures, and university seminars on the science and non-science of climate in the US and all over the world, is widely consulted by governments, corporations, and professors.
