Enrico focuses on the Bank\'s strategy, planning, operations, financials, strategic investments as well as performance and management of the group. Trudy Kightley has broad experience in all aspects of financial management drawn from her work in financial consulting and her success in raising venture capital for early stage and mid-market companies.
