Mark Donougher is a partner in Oury Clark, a UK firm of chartered accountants specialising in owner managed business, corporate finance, inward investment advice and family offices. He has over 15 years' experience in advising start up business and businesses expanding their operations into new countries, particularly the UK .. {more}

Coleen Kaiser Andrews is currently a Managing Director and shareholder of Expert Analysis Group, which provides an alternative model to investment research for financial institutions and corporates. Coleen was the #1 ranked II European equity research analyst in software and IT services while working at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch in London .. {more}
