Mark Donougher is a partner in Oury Clark, a UK firm of chartered accountants specialising in owner managed business, corporate finance, inward investment advice and family offices. He has over 15 years' experience in advising start up business and businesses expanding their operations into new countries, particularly the UK. Prior to joining Oury Clark, he spent 19 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led their middle market cross border practice globally.
In a varied career including start up advisory roles, transaction support and inward investment he spent time on secondment to the UK Government where he developed and led the successful Global Entrepreneurs Programme operating in the USA, India, Australia and Europe focussing on the technology, lifescience and renewables sectors.
Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Manchester.
