Toby Wilson Waterworth (Chairman) is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in developing and funding technology businesses and groups. Jamie Murray is a business consultant who provides consultancy services to SME's. Most recently he also project managed a regional support programme for entrepreneurs.
The majority of Jamie's working life has been spent in plastics manufacturing in the UK. Financial Director of a start-up company from 1994-1999 which became Sangenic International in 1997, sold as part of the sale of Mayborn plc (an AIM listed company) in 2006 for &euro200m by 3i. Sangenic and Jackel International, its sister company within Mayborn, manufactured the Sangenic Nappy Disposal system (Diaper Genie™ in the US) and Tommee Tippee Baby brand in the UK. After Mayborn, Jamie moved to Cannon Avent Group, with the remit to set-up a manufacturing facility in the US, but when this company's US plans were shelved, he left to consult in finance, IT and Project Management based around Cambridge.
Mark Donougher is a partner in Oury Clark, a UK firm of chartered accountants specialising in owner managed business, corporate finance, inward investment advice and family offices. He has over 15 years' experience in advising start up business and businesses expanding their operations into new countries, particularly the UK .. {more}

George Berkowski is WooMe's Chief of Product. Under his lead, WooMe has built a reputation as one of the most user friendly, well-designed community sites on the web. George started his career with Trilogy, Inc. in the U.S. before he was promoted to lead business development activities of the company's European headquarters in Paris.
